Home Pixel Term of Use

1.1 Eligibility: To use Home Pixel's Products and Services, users must meet the requirements set by the Company, including being at least 18 years old and holding Vietnamese nationality.

1.2 Accurate Information: Users must provide complete and accurate personal data during account registration and contract agreements. Users are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided.

1.3 Updating Information: Users must update their personal data whenever there are changes, according to the Company’s procedures.

1.4 Transaction Selection: Users can choose transactions based on their needs and capabilities, and enter into agreements with the Company accordingly.

1.5 Reporting Violations: Users must report any violations on Home Pixel, providing valid evidence, for the site administration to handle.

1.6 Account Security: Users are responsible for securing their accounts. Passwords must not be shared with others. If a user loses their password, they are responsible for any damages caused.

1.7 Legal Responsibility: Users are responsible for any actions taken on their account. Fraudulent or illegal activity can result in account suspension or termination, and users may be held liable for damages.

1.8 Compliance: Users must comply with the Company's policies and applicable laws, and should not engage in or encourage any violations.

1.9 Prohibited Activities: Users must not use the platform for illegal activities.

1.10 Authentication Requirements: Certain transactions may require users to complete additional authentication steps.

1.11 Investment Planning: Users should provide accurate information in the financial planning system to receive proper investment recommendations.

1.12 Following Instructions: Users must follow the Company’s guidelines for completing transactions as communicated on Home Pixel or via their account.

2.1. The Company will guide customers on the conditions and procedures for finding and using products and services that suit their needs.

2.2. Customers are entitled to use Home Pixel’s portal services, management consultancy, and other utilities provided by the Company to search for and access the products and services offered by the Company, and to conduct transactions and contracts that align with their needs and conditions.

2.3. Customers can access and use the products and services provided by the Company and other services through Home Pixel at any given time.

2.4. The bank account provided by the customer to the Company must be the customer’s own account, into which the capital contributions and profits from business cooperation with the Company will be transferred.

2.5. Customers are fully responsible before the Company and the law for the contracts and transactions they enter into through Home Pixel.

2.6. Customers must pay any fees (if applicable) as per the Company’s regulations and the contract signed between the parties.

3.1. The Company has the right to amend these Terms of Use or modify any feature of Home Pixel at any time to comply with legal requirements and its internal policies.

3.2. The Company does not manage or control the outcomes of investment activities.

3.3. The Company is not responsible for any violations of these Terms caused by situations beyond its reasonable control.

3.4. The Company may terminate cooperation and suspend a customer’s account if the customer breaches their obligations under these Terms or the signed contract. Once the Company notifies the customer of the account suspension, it is not responsible for resolving any issues related to that account.

3.5. The Company is not liable if the user/customer does not follow the provided guidelines or fail to update their information on Home Pixel as instructed by the Company.

3.6. The Company reserves the right to cancel or replace a transaction if the user/customer does not follow the Company’s instructions or makes a mistake in the transaction.

3.7. The Company may freeze or limit features of a customer’s account in case of technical issues, fraud detection, or suspicious activities such as money laundering or terrorist financing. Once the issue is resolved, the account restrictions will be lifted.

3.8. The Company may restrict a customer’s account usage (including temporary suspension) with prior notice through email, SMS, phone calls, or notifications on Home Pixel. Once verified and cleared of any violations, the account will be restored to full functionality.

4.1. If you register and create an account on Home Pixel, and the Company provides you access to use some or all services, any disputes during your use will be resolved according to the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

4.2. Any complaints arising from these Terms of Use must be submitted within 03 (three) months from the violation date. Complaints and compensation will only be considered if you have provided accurate and complete personal information when registering your account.

4.3. For disputes between you and other users or between you and the Company, the Company will resolve them based on the information recorded in the system. The Company will protect the rights of users who have provided full and accurate information.

4.4. If any part of these Terms conflicts with the law and is declared invalid by a court, that part will be modified to comply with the law, but the remaining provisions will still be valid.

1.1 Users have the right to be informed of the processing activities (including automated processing) related to their personal data, as stipulated in these Terms of Use and/or in the notifications provided by Home Pixel. By continuing to use the platform, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to such processing activities.

1.2 Users have the right to access their Active Account to view, update, or request corrections to their personal data.

1.3 Users may withdraw their consent to data processing, request restrictions on processing, object to data processing, or request the Company to provide their personal data by contacting the Company directly via the official customer support contact information published on the Home Pixel platform.

1.4 Users may request the deletion of their personal data by selecting the “Delete Account” feature made available by the Company on Home Pixel and following the instructions as published on the platform.

1.5 Users have the right to file complaints, denunciations, initiate lawsuits, or claim compensation in the event of a breach of personal data protection regulations as set forth in these Terms of Use.

1.6 Users have the right to protect their personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, relevant laws, or by requesting the assistance of competent authorities to enforce civil rights as regulated under the law.

1.7 Users shall also be entitled to other rights related to the protection of personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

2.1 Proactively protect their own Personal Data and have the right to request the Company to implement appropriate measures to safeguard such data in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Respect and protect the Personal Data of other Users on the Home Pixel platform.

2.3 Provide complete, truthful, and accurate information regarding their Personal Data throughout the use of the services.

2.4 Strictly comply with the legal provisions on personal data protection; actively participate in the prevention and combat of any violations related to data protection regulations.

2.5 Fulfill all other obligations as stipulated by applicable laws.

4.1 The Company will use and process personal data in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

4.2 The Company provides a communication channel for Users to submit personal data-related requests, as outlined in Section 1 of these Terms.

4.3 The Company ensures the confidentiality of Users' personal data in compliance with these Terms and relevant laws.

4.4 The Company will take necessary steps to protect personal data as required by law.

4.5 The Company is responsible for any damage caused by the processing of personal data.

4.6 The Company will delete Users’ personal data once processing is complete or at the User’s request, unless required by law to keep it or for fraud prevention, identity verification, or resolving contract issues.

4.7 The Company is liable for damages caused by personal data processing.

4.8 The Company will comply with all other rights and obligations under applicable laws.

5.1 The Company collects Users' personal data in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

5.2 The Company collects personal data from Users using the following methods:

5.2.1 Users provide personal data by completing forms when registering an account or using other features on Home Pixel.

5.2.2 Users share data directly with the Company through customer support channels, participating in promotions, contests, events organized by the Company, or interacting on the Company’s social media platforms.
